Click 4 points on the image to define a polygon. Select the region type (or type a custom name), then click Confirm Area. Repeat for all zones. Click Finish & Save when done.

Enter the Machine Name and select a reference video. If the machine already exists, its current ROIs will be pre-loaded so you can edit them.

Each rule says: when these lights are ON together → machine is in this status.
Check one or more light colors per rule. Rules with more lights checked are matched first.
The "No light detected" rule at the bottom handles when all lights are OFF.
